The bidder must have at least one suitable reference for the modernization, repair, or refurbishment of traction batteries or their control units, the necessary technical facilities and specialists, and the ability to provide the required declarations and evidence. The specific technical and contractual conditions will be provided during the tender stage of the dynamic purchasing system. The planned performance period is 8 months, although it may be changed at the individual tender stage. The successful bidder must provide at least a 12-month warranty for the service and a full warranty of at least 36 months for the battery modules, without a mileage limitation.
