LIDAR technology-based digital forest cadastre

Summary

The tender concerns the development of a LIDAR-based digital forest cadastre and a cloud-based management platform for a city. The project aims to generate per-tree data using ground-based LiDAR (MLS) or equivalent technology, provide 2D/3D GIS visualization, and establish data management processes. The contract covers data collection and platform operation over 48 months (4 years). A training program for at least 10 staff members is planned after handover. The procurement will be evaluated on price only.
