Investor supervision for the project: Expansion of county road 1941D in Łukaszowice, Siechnice commune – Section II

Summary

The tender concerns investor supervision for the project titled: Expansion of county road 1941D in Łukaszowice, Siechnice commune – Section II. The contract covers multi-disciplinary investor supervision for road works, sanitary networks, electrical networks and telecommunication networks, and demolition works. The service includes ensuring compliance with design documents, technical specifications, and contract terms, as well as final settlement and occupancy permit. The project is funded by the Government Fund for Road Development. The minimum value of the service must be at least 80% of the gross remuneration. The contract duration is up to 13 months from signing. Evaluation criteria: price 60 points; experience of the road sector investment supervisor (D) 30 points; experience of sanitary investment supervisor (S) 10 points.
