Summary

This tender concerns the procurement of audit and assurance services for TECHCOLLEGE and associated entities. The contractor shall perform the preparation and audit of the annual financial statements for each entity, including the preparation of XBRL files; conduct financial and governance audits of the annual reports; audit quarterly activity reports (including full-time, practical training, student housing, open education, work-based training and VAT compensation reporting) with related supplementary reports; participate in board meetings to review and approve the annual report; provide ongoing advisory services during the audit; deliver quarterly auditor's statements to the Ministry of Education regarding various programs (production schools); provide auditor's statements for HTX class quotient and quarterly reporting to VUC regarding FVU/OBU; and offer advisory on ESG accounting and project-based audits.
