Summary

The tender concerns the first phase of a system for backing up and protecting scientific data. The contract covers a package of equipment, accessories and related services that will form the initial stage of the intended comprehensive backup and archival solution, creating a highly available and scalable environment for backing up and archiving the contracting authority's entire data infrastructure. The first stage is not the final state but must provide a workable, expandable and technically sound foundation for further development. The general description of the contract subject is provided in Appendices 2a, 2b and 2c; these documents are confidential and will be supplied to the supplier within three working days of a request via the contracting authority's profile together with a signed non-disclosure agreement. The estimated total contract amount is CZK 7,700,000.
