Purchase and delivery of IT equipment and accessories

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of IT equipment and accessories in four lots. Lot 1 covers IT accessories with an estimated value of PLN 269,873.71 and a 30-day delivery period; Lot 2 covers UPS backup power supplies valued at PLN 17,134.96 with a 14-day period; Lot 3 covers sound systems for IT equipment valued at PLN 2,080.00 with a 14-day period; and Lot 4 covers a videoconferencing system valued at PLN 7,398.37 with a 14-day period. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The award criteria for each lot are price, weighted at 90%, and the social criterion, weighted at 10%, concerning the employment of at least one Territorial Defence or Active Reserve soldier under an employment contract throughout the contract period. Bids and other documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 08:00. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
