Supply of corporate envelopes

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of several types of corporate envelopes for Mutua Navarra. The contract lasts 12 months and may be extended by two annual extensions. The estimated contract value is EUR 20,800 excluding VAT, with a first-year tender budget of EUR 6,500 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum annual quantities include 4,000 self-sealing white 110/220 or 115/225 mm envelopes without a window, 15,000 with a window, 10,000 gummed envelopes with a window, 10,000 and 5,000 self-sealing C5 envelopes without and with a window, 1,000 C4 envelopes without a window, 1,000 with a window, 1,000 B4 envelopes without a window and 500 brown radiography envelopes. The envelopes must meet the specified paper, weight, printing, sealing and dimensional requirements. Samples of every product must be provided before the first production run, and deliveries must be made within 10 working days of an order. The tender must be submitted electronically through the Spanish public procurement platform. Price carries up to 90 points and delivery time up to 10 points. The bidder must submit the required registration evidence, responsible declaration, technical information and signed price schedule, and the successful bidder must subsequently provide tax, social security, banking and representative documentation.
