The contractor must deliver and deploy the licenses, configure a data storage and sharing platform, provide access for all license holders, and configure and provide access to storage space available for the ministry. The contract also includes building a file structure and access rights, preparing detailed documentation describing configurations, and conducting five one-day trainings for the client's IT staff to enhance competencies in working with the newly introduced licenses.
