Supply, implementation and maintenance of a patient voice communication platform

Summary

The tender covers the supply, implementation and 24-month maintenance of a platform for communicating with patients through a voice channel. The platform must be integrated with the HIS-Clininet system and support an intelligent voice assistant. The procurement is not divided into lots, and tenders will be evaluated solely on price. The tender and required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish. The solution must comply with the DNSH principle, use computing resources efficiently and provide technical support remotely whenever possible.
