Upgrade of Microsoft O365 E3 licences to Microsoft 365 E5 with delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot licences

The tender covers upgrading the contracting authority’s active Office O365 E3 subscriptions to Microsoft 365 E5 and supplying Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio licences.
