Supply, installation and commissioning of 20 electronic sirens as part of the SWEM project

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of 20 units of 1200 W electronic sirens in Baia Mare for the Civil Protection component of the Sustainable Weather Emergency Management (SWEM) Interreg NEXT Romania-Ukraine 2021-2027 project. The contract aims to upgrade the municipal alert system to ensure effective audible warnings. The bid will be evaluated with price as the sole award criterion (85% weight) and a quality criterion based on the warranty period of the system (3–5 years) with points: 3 years = 5; 4 years = 10; 5 years = 15. Bidders must meet qualification requirements including demonstrable experience with similar deliveries (up to three contracts totaling at least 1,000,000 RON), a valid Be-type electrical installation certificate or equivalent (or translations where required), turnover evidence, and other documents. If subcontracting is used, separate DUAE forms must be provided for each subcontractor and a subcontracting agreement (Form 4) must be provided. Real beneficiary information must be supplied as required by ONRC, and foreign bidders must provide equivalent documents with translations as required.
