Integrated test platform for fuel cell systems (FCS Testbed) within the Ro-HydroHub project

Summary

The Ro-HydroHub project tender concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of an integrated test platform for fuel cell systems (FCS Testbed). The solution must be a complete and integrated system including all subsystems, software and data acquisition with safety features, and a minimum nominal power of 100 kW. The procurement will be evaluated based on price (70%) and quality criteria (P2-P4, totaling 30%). Bidders must demonstrate technical and financial capacity, provide evidence of experience with similar test platforms or fuel cell systems in the last three years totaling at least 1.6 million RON across up to three contracts, and submit qualification documents (DUAE).
