The tender concerns updating SIL3 level Safety Manager controllers' processors, communication and auxiliary modules and firmware version for blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8. The bidder must demonstrate adequate competence and comply with the selection and compliance requirements: at least two personnel with personal certificates for SAFETY MANAGER systems, a service and engineering center located in Bulgaria, and ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent quality management system; evidence must be provided in accordance with the selection and compliance criteria.
