Passenger transport services for Shumen Municipality and its structures

Summary

The tender covers occasional passenger transport for Shumen Municipality and its structures in two lots: transport for sports events and transport for cultural events. Services will be provided in Bulgaria and, where necessary, abroad, following the contracting authority’s written route order and using buses supplied by the contractor. Before each route, the contractor must submit an offer based on the agreed unit prices. The forecast volume for each lot over 24 months is 61,000 km, but the contracting authority is not obliged to order the full forecast volume. Bidders must hold a licence for international passenger transport and have relevant-field turnover of at least EUR 100,000 excluding VAT over the last three completed financial years for each lot. The estimated total value is EUR 166,666.66 and the tender deadline is 14 October 2026.
