Purchase of monthly tickets for transporting children to and from schools and preschools in the Krzemieniewo municipality during the 2026/2027 school year (procedure 2)

Summary

The tender concerns transporting children to and from schools and preschools in the Krzemieniewo municipality using monthly tickets during the 2026/2027 school year. From 1 November 2026 to 25 June 2027, the service must be provided on school days, excluding holidays and statutory days off, for approximately 460 children and 2 attendants. It must be operated with two buses seating at least 60 passengers each and one spare bus, with all vehicles meeting the safety and technical requirements for transporting children. The bidder must have relevant school-transport experience, the required transport permit or licence, appropriate liability insurance and compliant vehicles. In the event of a breakdown, a replacement bus must be provided within 20 to 50 minutes. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026. Price carries 60 points and replacement-vehicle deployment time carries 40 points. The contracting authority may order additional similar services up to 20% of the basic contract value and may reduce the number of transported children by up to 20%.
