Provision of a transport service – regular transport of elderly participants in the Social Activity and Integration of Ulhówek Municipality Residents project FELU.08.09-IZ.00-0048/24

Summary

The tender concerns regular transport for 50 elderly project participants from their homes to activities in Ulhówek and back home afterwards. The service will be provided on working days, on average 4 times per week or approximately 16 times per month; the estimated total volume for the contract period is 14,400 km and the contract runs until 30 June 2027. The bidder must provide one vehicle suitable for transporting persons with disabilities and reduced mobility, with at least 50 seats and a properly qualified driver, assist passengers when boarding and leaving the vehicle, and promptly provide a replacement vehicle of equivalent standard in the event of a breakdown. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 16 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and possession of an electric- or hydrogen-powered vehicle accounts for 40%.
