ORS – Digital Workplace

Summary

The procurement covers the provision and operation of a digital workplace, including the supply of hardware and software, licence management, service desk, workplace management and security services. The planned contract term is 60 months from 1 April 2027, with two possible extensions of two years each. The award weighting is 50% price, 30% operating concept and 20% key personnel. The request to participate must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 10:00. The contracting authority may shortlist 3 to 5 candidates. Bidders must provide two company references, two references for the project manager and two references for the deputy project manager.
