Transport and loading services for detained and confiscated goods

Summary

The procurement covers the transport of detained and confiscated goods, excluding petroleum products, within Lithuania in enclosed sealable vehicles, together with loading and unloading services. The contract is not divided into lots and bidders must offer the full service scope. Services will be ordered as needed; orders generally must be completed within 3 working days, started within 12 hours in exceptional cases, and loading or unloading at the Vilnius warehouse must begin within 2 hours of an order. The contract will run for up to 36 months from 8 March 2027 or until the available funding is exhausted. The maximum value is EUR 359,504.13 excluding VAT, or EUR 435,000 including 21% VAT. Price is the only award criterion. The tender submission deadline is 20 October 2026. Participation requires evidence of the required vehicles, an environmental management system certificate or equivalent evidence, and the required electronic forms and declarations.
