Helicopter services for locating and tagging wildlife and transporting personnel

Summary

The procurement is for helicopter services to locate and tag wildlife and transport people in mountainous areas for survey work. Two of the eight lots cover locating and tagging moose and wolves, respectively; the other six cover personnel transport in the mountain regions of Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Jämtland and Dalarna. The estimated total value is SEK 12,000,000. This is a framework agreement under which up to five service providers may be selected. Bidders may submit offers for up to all eight lots, and an award may be made for up to eight lots. The framework agreement may be extended up to twice. Bids must be submitted electronically in Swedish by 31 October 2026 and remain valid for three months. No bid guarantee is required, and electronic invoicing is required.
