Procurement of Dressings and Bandages

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase of conventional dressings, modern dressings, first-aid kits and battlefield dressings in four lots under a framework agreement. The framework values are HUF 66,490,124, HUF 210,615,663, HUF 162,966,142 and HUF 51,076,890 respectively, and the contracting authority undertakes to draw down 100% of each lot’s framework value. The delivery period is 90 calendar days and no advance payment is provided. Bidders must demonstrate relevant previous supplies worth at least HUF 46,543,000, submit the ESPD and the required commercial and technical offers, and offer new products that are lawfully marketable in the EU and comply with the requirements.
