Purchase and delivery of chemical reagents with accessories and lease of analyzers (2)

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of laboratory reagents and necessary accessories together with the lease of analyzers, divided into three lots, for 36 months. Bids may be submitted for all three lots. The supplier must provide, among other things, reagents for coagulation and hemostasis testing, consumables, calibrators and controls, and ensure that the analyzers are suitable for in-vitro medical diagnostics. The minimum order level is 70% of the value of each lot; the contracting authority may decide not to order the remaining up to 30% depending on its needs. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation. In Lots 1 and 2, analyzer delivery time accounts for 30% and reagent delivery time for 10%; in Lot 3, analyzer delivery time accounts for 30% and a technical parameter for 10%. The bid deadline is 16 September 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish.
