Topography and Quantity Surveying Services 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers four years of topographical surveying, quantity surveying and BIM modelling services. The work may concern buildings, public spaces, structures and tunnels and may be performed during the programming, study, construction and as-built phases. The areas to be surveyed and the works to be measured are located exclusively in the Brussels-Capital Region. The contracting authority may also order services paid on a time-and-materials basis or reimbursed according to actual costs. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion; electronic invoicing and electronic signatures are required.
