Preparation of comprehensive design and cost documentation for adapting basement rooms in the primary school in Trzcianka into temporary shelter spaces

The tender concerns the preparation of complete, mutually coordinated design and cost documentation for adapting existing basement rooms in the primary school in Trzcianka into temporary shelter spaces. The documentation must cover all disciplines necessary for the construction works and comply with applicable standards and legislation. The works must be completed and finally accepted by 20 December 2026. The bidder must have at least one properly completed comparable multidisciplinary design and cost documentation service during the last three years, relating to construction works with a gross value of at least PLN 200,000. The bidder must also provide structural and civil engineering, electrical, and sanitary-services designers with the required unrestricted design authorizations and at least three years of experience. Valid third-party liability insurance of at least the gross tender price is required. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are gross price 60%, the period for updating cost estimates and providing author supervision 20%, and the warranty period 20%. No guarantee is required; partial and variant tenders are not permitted.
