Framework agreement for the purchase, installation and maintenance of electronic medication cabinets in nursing wards and medical-technical departments

Summary

The tender covers the purchase, configuration, installation and maintenance of electronic medication cabinets or cabinet solutions for the hospital’s nursing wards and medical-technical departments. The solution must support the secure storage and picking of medicines and medical supplies, user- and location-based access control, traceability and automatic locking. It must integrate with the hospital’s ADT, electronic patient record and pharmacy software. The framework agreement will run for 10 years. Of the 32 existing cabinet installations, at least 20 and up to 40 solutions are expected to be purchased during the agreement; approximately 18 installations are expected to be replaced within the first 5 years. The maximum framework value is EUR 3,333,333. The tenderer must provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a maximum intervention time of 6 hours for critical failures. Participation requires compliance with the financial standing, reference, service organisation, language and quality-standard requirements, as well as attendance at a mandatory site visit after the selection phase.
