Summary

The procurement covers the supply of 20 all-in-one desktop computers, 2 laptops of at least 14 inches and 2 laptops of at least 16 inches. The devices must be new, use macOS or an equivalent operating system, be fully ready for use within 8 weeks of the contract entering into force and be delivered in Kaunas. The technical requirements are detailed and cover processor performance, memory, storage, display, ports, wireless connectivity, camera, accessories, battery life and a warranty of at least 36 months. Bidders must submit the ESPD, the completed tender form, prices and evidence of compliance with the technical specifications, and must ensure automatic enrolment of the devices in the contracting authority’s mobile device management system. Energy efficiency, battery and packaging requirements also apply. The tender submission deadline is 20 October 2026.
