Supply of shelving and trolleys for the operating theatre, sterilisation, intensive care and radiology

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, in three lots, of ISO-sized modular shelving systems and accessories, hospital trolleys, and stainless-steel packing and instrumentation tables. The equipment is intended for the operating theatre, sterilisation, radiology and intensive care unit; installation will be carried out internally by the contracting authority’s technical service. Bidders must meet the turnover and reference requirements, provide operational after-sales service in Belgium, submit a spare-parts price list and provide the European Single Procurement Document. The submission deadline is 29 September 2026 at 11:00. Price accounts for 60% and technical quality for 40% of the score; quality will be assessed on the basis of technical data sheets and, where necessary, physical samples.
