Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of a hospital laundry through the supply of new laundry equipment replacing worn and inefficient machinery. The procurement is divided into seven lots: hygienic-barrier washing machines with capacities of 22 kg, 35 kg and 70 kg; tumble dryers with capacities of 45 kg and 60 kg; a 2-metre roller ironer; and a roller ironer with a folding system. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to two economic operators. The estimated value is RON 5,809,917.35 and the submission deadline is 28 September 2026. The equipment must meet the technical specifications and support hygienic processing and disinfection of hospital linen. Electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required. Bidders must submit the European Single Procurement Document, demonstrate legal registration and professional capacity, and hold a valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate or equivalent for the relevant supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
