Renewal of heating systems at Lippstadt Police Station

Summary

The tender covers construction works to renew the heating-generation system at Lippstadt Police Station, Roßfeld 2, 59557 Lippstadt. The existing heating system, pipework and associated components will be dismantled and replaced with a bivalent system consisting of an air-to-water heat pump supported by a gas condensing boiler. The work also includes a new domestic hot-water storage tank, buffer storage, renewed flue routing, pipework, pumps, controls and connection to the building management system. The heat pump will be installed approximately 30 metres from the technical room and will use refrigerant with a GWP below 600. Works are planned from 3 November 2026 to 1 March 2027, and offers must be submitted electronically in German by 17 September 2026 at 10:00. The lowest price is the only award criterion.
