Framework agreement for helicopter services in Western Norway

Summary

The procurement concerns a helicopter services framework agreement for up to 96 months in Western Norway. Services are required in four areas: Hordaland south of the Sognefjord, Rogaland, Sogn og Fjordane north of the Sognefjord, and Møre og Romsdal; equivalent needs may also arise elsewhere in Western Norway. The contracting authority intends to conclude contracts with up to four tenderers in each area. Most assignments are expected to use small and medium-sized helicopters, although an emergency may require a helicopter weighing more than 3,000 kg.
