Smart Villages Programme (Platform)

Summary

The tender covers the creation, installation and delivery of an entrepreneurship and social-integration innovation platform for the Vilnius District Municipality. The fixed price must cover the full functionality described in the technical specification across all three stages, including the avatar, content management, mapping, analytics, accessibility, testing, documentation and integrations.
