Comprehensive technical and organisational provision of events

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive technical and organisational services for events organised by the Government Office of the Slovak Republic, including summits, conferences, bilateral and multilateral meetings, protocol-level events and social events. Approximately 25 events are planned in Slovakia during the following 12 months under a framework agreement. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,068,357.00. The tenderer must submit an offer for the full scope, may submit only one offer and must provide a tender guarantee of EUR 20,000. The lowest total price is the only award criterion.
