Framework agreement for course and conference services

Summary

The tender concerns course and conference services throughout Norway for the Norwegian Tax Administration. Parallel framework agreements will be concluded under two sub-contracts: a day package for events with at least 10 participants, and a day package including dinner and overnight stays. Tenderers may submit a bid for one or both sub-contracts and select the geographical locations for which they wish to bid. The estimated total value, including options, is approximately NOK 80 million including VAT over four years; the overall framework ceiling is NOK 100 million including VAT. The ceiling is NOK 10 million for the first sub-contract and NOK 90 million for the second. The tender submission deadline is 1 October 2026.
