Framework agreement for consultancy and assistance with new and self-financed advanced contamination investigations

Summary

The tender covers five parallel framework agreements for consultancy and assistance in carrying out new and self-financed advanced soil contamination investigations in the Region of Southern Denmark. The work is intended to characterize and delineate contamination in soil, groundwater, pore air and, where necessary, indoor air and surface water; assess the extent, migration pathways and risks; and, where required, provide the basis for a remediation programme and outline design. Priority is given to groundwater-threatening contamination in areas of special drinking-water interest and groundwater catchment areas, as well as indoor-air contamination presenting a health risk. The framework agreements will be awarded to five service providers, with the procedure for allocating specific tasks set out in the framework agreement. The estimated contract value is EUR 38,000,000 and the tender submission deadline is 21 October 2026.
