Authorisation Scheme for the Provision of Home Support Services – Round 4

Summary

The Health Service Executive (HSE), on behalf of Services for Older Persons, is reopening its authorisation scheme for providers of home support services for Round 4. The scheme was established in 2023 with an initial 24-month term extended by a further 24 months. Interested service providers must submit an application under the Invitation to Participate. Although advertised under the heading of an open procedure, this is a simple authorisation scheme and does not fall within the scope of the EU Procurement Directive or the stated Irish review regulations. The submission deadline is 29 September 2026.
