Knowledge Power – Decision Support for Norwegian Municipalities

Summary

The tender concerns the Stimulab “Knowledge Power” project, which aims to develop decision support for Norwegian municipalities. The solution must help users find, understand, assess and apply knowledge when making decisions on health, welfare and public health measures, while supporting decision-makers, municipal managers and local politicians and fostering evidence-based decision-making and prioritisation. This is a prequalification procedure. The estimated contract value is EUR 6,100,000 and the submission deadline is 21 September 2026.
