On-demand passenger transport service “Schaddel”

The tender concerns the operation of the “Schaddel” on-demand passenger transport service in Kassel during nighttime hours. The service operates across the city between virtual pick-up and drop-off points without fixed routes, with bookings mainly made through an app and, after registration, also by telephone. The contractor must provide the driving operation and the related dispatching, ride-pooling, passenger-app and driver-app software. The contracting authority will provide 14 fully electric minibuses, charging electricity, parking spaces and charging infrastructure.
