Service concession for Munich’s electronic guest card

Summary

The City of Munich is seeking a service concession partner to design, finance, technically and operationally implement, operate, market and further develop Munich’s official electronic guest card. The concessionaire will be responsible for the entire economic, technical and organisational arrangement, act at its own cost and risk, and bear the main operating and demand risk. The City of Munich will not cover losses. The tender submission deadline is 20 September 2026.
