Summary

The tender concerns construction scheduling, management and coordination services for the redevelopment of the technical areas of the tropical aquarium’s storage rooms and the basement of the Palais de la Porte Dorée. The contract includes one firm tranche covering the APD, PRO and ACT phases for the “Basement” and “Aquarium” sub-projects, plus two optional tranches covering the EXE, VISA, DET and AOR phases for the respective sub-projects. The contract uses mixed pricing; unit-price services have no minimum amount and a maximum total of EUR 100,000 excluding VAT for the contract period.
