The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members or representatives has, during the last five years, been finally convicted of participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorism, money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal use of child labour or human trafficking-related offences. Exclusion may also result from tax or social security payment debts, bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, liquidation, suspended business activities, serious professional misconduct, anti-competitive agreements, a conflict of interest, involvement in preparing the procurement, serious breaches of previous contracts, or the submission of false information or failure to provide required documents.
