The bidder must confirm that it is not subject to a restriction, based on its place of establishment or residence, that prevents it from submitting a tender or request to participate under the applicable national legislation. The bidder must provide the required response and, where the information is electronically available, the relevant URL, code and issuing authority. This ground applies to all lots.

The bidder must have completed, during the 60 months preceding the commencement of the procurement, at least three contracts for playground repair works including the installation of play equipment, or for the construction of playgrounds. Each contract must have had a value of at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must provide a short description of each contract, the performance period, information about the other contracting parties and, where applicable, the procurement reference number. At the contracting authority’s request, evidence of proper performance must be submitted. The tender must also comply with the tender documents, the required price-form structure and any applicable equivalence requirements. If submitting a joint tender, the bidders must appoint an authorised representative and include the relevant power of attorney.
