Cleaning attendant training

The bidder must not be excluded on the listed grounds, including criminal convictions of the bidder or its representatives, tax or social security debt, sanctions-related restrictions, serious breaches of environmental, social or labour obligations, bankruptcy or liquidation, serious professional misconduct, competition-distorting agreements, conflicts of interest, repeated serious breaches of previous public contracts, false information, attempts to influence the contracting authority, tax offences, or lack of the right to submit a tender. If the bidder relies on another company’s resources, a declaration about the absence of exclusion grounds must also be provided for that company.

The bidder must confirm that it has not seriously breached administrative contracts and that no circumstances exist that could lead to its permanent insolvency or cessation of activities. For the training service, the bidder must show experience from 1 January 2023 until the publication date of the contract notice: either training of cleaning attendants within formal education, or cleaning-attendant group training totalling at least 300 contact teaching hours. The bidder must submit the required qualification form and indicate whether it relies on another entity’s resources for meeting the qualification requirement. For foreign qualifications of lecturers, a copy of the document proving the professional qualification or a reference to a database where the contracting authority can verify it free of charge must be provided when required. The bidder must also submit the lecturer details form, the curriculum form, the training location address, and confirm compliance with the tender documents, equivalent solutions if applicable, and sanctions-related requirements.
