Participation requirements

Tender requirements are available in the official tender documents.

Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, commission of a terrorist offence, or any other exclusion ground listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is allowed. The exact exclusion grounds and their scope must be checked in the tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must submit a tender that complies with the technical requirements in the tender documents and provide documents proving compliance, such as the manufacturer and model of the offered device and product sheets or similar evidence of the technical parameters. If the bidder relies on equivalence, it must explain the equivalence and attach supporting evidence. The bidder must also confirm that the tender follows the required structure for the price submission and that the delivery time of the equipment set is stated in weeks; the maximum allowed delivery time is 16 weeks from contract signature. If the bidder submits a joint tender, a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
