Purchase of cardiovascular medicines – repeat tender

For the bid, Form 2 technical description must be completed with the medicine name, manufacturer, unit price and the medicine marketing authorisation link in the price breakdown table in Excel format. If a joint bid is submitted, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. If equivalence is relied on, the bidder must explain it and attach evidence of equivalence if needed. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas.
