Domestic parcel transport and courier service

The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds from the ESPD, including criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other mandatory exclusion grounds. The bidder must answer the exclusion questions and, where applicable, may provide evidence of self-cleaning. The machine-readable notice does not provide a complete list of all exclusion grounds in plain text; the official tender documents must be checked for the full wording and any additional grounds.

The bidder must show a total net turnover of at least EUR 40,000 over the last three financial years and provide the corresponding confirmation and data in the ESPD. The bidder must have performed at least two courier service contracts during the three years preceding publication of the contract notice. The contracts may still be ongoing. The bidder must provide the contract dates, values and the other contracting parties. The bid must comply with the tender documents and Annex 1. The bid price must be submitted in euros and in the structure required in the RHR price form "Award criteria and evaluated indicators". If equivalent solutions are offered, their equivalence must be explained and supporting evidence attached. For a joint bid, the bidders must appoint an authorised representative and submit the power of attorney and joint and several liability confirmation in the form required by Annex 4. The bidder must also submit the participation application in accordance with Annex 4, Form II.
