Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor members of its management, administrative or supervisory body have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or any other exclusion ground listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The machine-readable notice and the selected tender documents include compliance requirements and required attachments. The bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents, that the price form is completed in the required structure, and that any equivalent solution is explained with supporting evidence if applicable. The bid validity period is 2 months from the deadline for submitting bids. The bidder must also provide the required documents for the lighting calculation, the luminaire technical data sheet, the confirmation on separate replaceability of modules and recyclability of materials, and the mast and cross-arm load calculation. If the bidder participates jointly, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. The notice does not show any specific financial turnover, reference experience, or named expert requirements; these must be checked in the official tender documents.
