Compliance requirements
The successful bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds under the Public Procurement Act apply. The notice also covers direct or indirect involvement in preparing the procurement, conflict of interest, insolvency or liquidation proceedings, and prior serious breaches or early termination of earlier contracts. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may need to provide explanations and evidence of self-cleaning measures.
