Purchase of detergents for bedpan and instrument washing machines

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for purchasing detergents for bedpan and instrument washing machines for three years, or until the maximum value of the framework agreement is reached, whichever comes first. Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management body members have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption or fraud. The bidder must also confirm that it does not use subcontractors or suppliers worth more than 10% of the contract value who are citizens, residents or undertakings established in the Russian Federation, or persons or entities owned or controlled by them or acting on their instructions. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned territories. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted by law or the tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have completed at least two sales contracts for the products in the tender, or for equivalent products by the same manufacturer, during the last three years counted back from the publication of the contract notice. The contracts may also still be in progress. A list of the main sales contracts completed properly during the last three years must be submitted, together with the contract values, signing dates and information on the other contracting party. For the tender, the bidder must provide the contract data in the ESPD.
