Purchase of a 20 kV grounding reactor for Savi substation (IP9402)

The bidder must confirm that none of the mandatory exclusion grounds apply, including convictions for serious offences, illegal employment of foreigners, child labour or human trafficking, tax or social security debt, or sanctions-related restrictions. The bidder must also confirm that none of the voluntary exclusion grounds apply, such as serious or persistent breach of previous public contracts or false information about qualification requirements.

The bidder's net turnover for each of the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 100,000. The bidder must provide an extract from the reports for the last three completed financial years, or other evidence showing the turnover. If the bidder is a legal entity registered in Estonia and the data are publicly available to the contracting authority from a data register, a separate extract may not be required. At least six months must have passed since the end of the last completed financial year by the bid submission date.
