Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents, including criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other criminal conviction grounds. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The machine-readable notice did not include the full list of precise exclusion grounds, so they must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must submit the required tender documents and confirmations, including the joint tender authorisation if the bid is submitted jointly, the bid price structure in the required format, the CV of the amphibian expert, and any proof of the expert’s qualifications if requested by the contracting authority. The amphibian expert must have a relevant higher education in natural sciences or equivalent and must have participated as a team member in at least one project for restoring amphibian habitats or breeding waters during the last 10 years. The bidder must also confirm that the offer complies with the tender documents, that no corrupt acts were committed in this procurement, and that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions or from sanctioned areas. The notice also requires disclosure of authorised persons for exclusion-ground checks if they are not visible in the business register. Any additional qualification, compliance or evidence requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
