The bidder must have completed at least one equivalent assignment in the last 36 months as the main contractor: designing a publicly accessible building or building complex at least at preliminary design stage, with a design scope of at least 40,000 euros. The bidder must also include at least one level 7 authorised architect in the design process. The bidder must submit the required information and evidence in the tender documents, including details of the completed contract(s); if the contract was awarded through public procurement, the procurement reference number must also be provided.
