Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds. The bidder must confirm that none of the mandatory exclusion grounds apply to the company or its relevant managers/representatives, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and the other exclusion grounds listed in the procurement documents. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may have to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least one equivalent assignment in the last 36 months as the main contractor: designing a publicly accessible building or building complex at least at preliminary design stage, with a design scope of at least 40,000 euros. The bidder must also include at least one level 7 authorised architect in the design process. The bidder must submit the required information and evidence in the tender documents, including details of the completed contract(s); if the contract was awarded through public procurement, the procurement reference number must also be provided. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the official tender documents.
